Team meeting before the summer break
Almost the entire CRITT Bio-Industries team gathered yesterday morning for the half-yearly meeting.
The management team shared updates on several key topics and encouraged open discussion and feedback.
On the agenda:

A guide to preparing assignments, along with a health and safety update on the use of the new DATI equipment.

Feedback from the survey on quality of life at work: we are proud to have reached an 83% satisfaction rate, with the working atmosphere, working conditions, and work-life balance standing out as key strengths.

Progress on the Biotech Hall: structural work on the building is almost complete and remains on schedule. The whole team is now looking forward to moving into the new premises and commissioning the new equipment in the second half of 2027.

Working groups have been set up to plan and organise the move.
