ObjectiVEs
NEOPROTEC’s objectives include the identification, design, formulation, and production of eco-friendly bio-protection products for crops using natural solutions with antifungal potential in viticulture, arboriculture, and vegetable farming.
These will include fungal and bacterial strains as well as natural extracts, which will be:
- Evaluated for their antifungal potential,
- Formulated into products that optimize antifungal control,
- Validated on target crops,
- Validated through technical tests for safety and efficacy with a view to obtaining approval.
Intervention
CRITT Bio-industries
The CRITT Bio-Industries contributes to:
- Optimizing production processes for active microorganisms and/or their metabolites,
- Producing active microorganisms and/or their metabolites for screening and master preparations for reformulation,
- Producing pilot batches of microbial strains.
